the room we had included a safe box, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a fridge. the bed was comfy, bidet worked well.

As guests with families, we loved the early check-in option, excellent English-speaking staff, coin-operated laundry, and proximity to numerous restaurants. The hotel's modern design, comfortable beds, and effective air conditioning were also standout features. Despite being located in the heart of Akasaka, the rooms were surprisingly quiet.

The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with enough room for 2 large suitcases and a backpack. The location was convenient with plenty of eateries and shops nearby, and situated between two train stations that were under a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly, cheerful and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions we had. The free water and ice dispenser, as well as the payable self-serve laundry machine, were a great bonus. The wifi was reliable and provided great coverage throughout our stay.

While the lobby was a bit small and could get crowded, the biggest drawback was the lack of any complimentary refreshments in the room. Tea bags and bottled water were only available for purchase at the amenities bar, which seemed a bit unnecessary for a 3-night stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location couldn't be any better, with amazing restaurants and shops just steps away. Having two train stations nearby made exploring the city a breeze. Although the separate bathroom/toilet/sink setup was initially strange, it turned out to be a genius idea, especially when traveling with a friend or partner. Self-check-in and checkout were lightning fast, which I absolutely loved. Some of the staff knew basic English, making communication a breeze. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I couldn't get enough of the cozy corner sofa in my room. The coffee shop on the ground floor was a lifesaver, opening early in the morning. Plus, having a 7-11 right across the street was super convenient. The room was both clean and spacious, easily fitting all my luggage. The hotel's proximity to eateries, convenience stores, and wellness centers was a major plus. The staff were always friendly, cheerful, and ready to help. I appreciated the added amenities like the free water and ice dispenser and the option to use the self-serve laundry machine. The wifi coverage was exceptional throughout the hotel. Being between two train stations made getting around a breeze. this stunning new hotel in a tranquil location exceeded my expectations, and the price point was unbeatable for Tokyo.
